L'Entrevousis not just a moment to share with friends or family, it also refers to the space between the beams of a French-style ceiling to be admired in the château's gallery.

Built in 1595 by Raymond d'Astruy, then the town's consul and a wealthy Rodez merchant, the gallery was built to keep an eye on Rodez Cathedral. The original ceilings date from this period.
